Wellness at work
In addition to the sessions I offer at my practice, I can provide 20 to 30 minute massage sessions in your company office. If conditions allow, I re-create a relaxing atmosphere with soothing lights, soft music and light scents.
Workplace wellness is a major and essential topic that is close to my heart. Improving employees’ working conditions is undeniably beneficial, for both the employees and the employer. Through massage, I can help your staff members recharge their batteries and relax. The induced well-being will improve their focus and efficiency.
Amma massage
The Amma massage or ergonomic chair massage is performed while dressed. It is easy to set up, requires little space and is very effective.
First, the posture leads to immediate relaxation. Unlike an ordinary chair, the ergonomic chair supports the body in different areas (legs, buttocks, arms, chest and head). The body is therefore supported as a whole, which invites the person to relax instantly.
Second, this seated posture allows me to have easier access to two areas of the body which are often painful or tense: the back and the neck. Large sweeps to relax the whole back, sustained pressure on the pelvis to relax the lower back, work along the spine to soften the back, pressure on the upper back to loosen the neck and shoulders: the possibilities are endless!
In addition to the back and neck, this posture also allows me to work the scalp, arms and hands. Thanks to seated massage, employees are away from their desks for only 20 to 30 minutes, and return to work with renewed energy!

I generally suggest 10 sessions of 30 minutes or 15 sessions of 20 minutes, but the number of sessions and their duration are flexible.
It depends on the geographic location of your business, the number of sessions booked, the schedule we agree on, etc. If you wish, you can send me an email specifying the name and address of your company, the number of employees as well as the number of sessions you plan to schedule if you already know, and I will make sure to send you a quote as soon as possible.
No, I bring all the equipment I need. However, access to a sink is preferred.

Yes, total or partial contraindications, and the answer varies depending on the context. Ahead of the massage day, I will send you a short form for each of your employees to fill in. That way, I can identify potential contraindications and either adapt the massage accordingly or, on very rare occasions, inform the employee that they unfortunately cannot get a massage this time.
